Hi, I’m lindsay.

I’m an ICF Certified Professional Coach (ACC) with a specialization in Leadership Coaching, and a learning and leadership consultant with over a decade of experience helping people, leaders, and teams grow.

Across tech, professional services, retail, and high-growth environments, my work has always come back to the same thing: people do their best work when they have the clarity, support, and structure to lead themselves and others well.

I coach leaders who are trying to lead in a way that feels clear, grounded, and true to who they are, especially when the work is complex, the stakes are higher, or the old way of doing things no longer fits. Together, we look at what matters, what is getting in the way, and what needs to shift so they can lead with more confidence and intention.

I also work with organizations to build learning and leadership programs that help managers lead better in the real world. That might look like leadership development, onboarding, team workshops, coaching tools, manager resources, or the structure to help learning actually show up in the work.

At the heart of all of it, my work is practical, human, and grounded in real life. I care about helping people name what matters, build the confidence to act on it, and create the conditions that make meaningful change easier to sustain.

If you’re looking for executive coaching, consulting, or support for your team, I’d love to hear what you’re working through.

Offerings

1:1 Coaching

For leaders who want to lead with more clarity, confidence, and intention.

Through coaching, we’ll look at what matters most to you, what’s getting in the way, and what needs to shift so you can make decisions, navigate change, and build a way of working that feels more aligned with who you are and how you want to lead.

Team Coaching

For teams who want to work better together, especially during growth, change, or moments when expectations feel unclear.

I help teams clarify what matters, have better conversations, build shared goals, and create practical ways of working that hold up once everyone is back in the day-to-day.

learning & Leadership consulting

For organizations that want to build stronger managers, better onboarding, and more practical leadership development.

I design learning programs, workshops, tools, and manager resources that help people lead more effectively in the real world, especially through growth, change, and increasing complexity.
