Hi, I’m lindsay.

I’m an ICF Certified Professional Coach with a specialization in Leadership Coaching.

I’ve spent over a decade coaching leaders and teams in my professional life, and from the tech start-up world to luxury retail to government, there’s always been a common thread: when people’s whole lives work, their work works. In other words, success means you feel right inside and outside the office.

Lucky for me, the thing that makes my life and work work is asking questions to help people figure out what’s most important to them, what’s getting in the way, and how to chart a path forward that feels aligned, exciting, and actually achievable. And we’re not talking about a path toward a bunch of check-box goals that other people think are important. We’re talking holy-crap-I-never-thought-this-could-be-mine goals that make you feel like you’ve won the life lottery.

Events + retreats

Offer your attendees tangible value and help build on the momentum of your event. I host group coaching sessions to help identify values, remove roadblocks, and get into action on personal and professional goals. Guests can also book 1:1 coaching sessions to complement their experiences.
